All orders are delivered using the payment and shipping methods provided by this website.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. If an order is placed on national holidays or weekends, it will be processed on the following working day.
WARDEMENTS makes every effort to dispatch items within 5 working days for shipments across US and 15 working days for international shipments, however we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
- FedEx (For shipments across USA)
- USPS (For International shioments)
You will receive a notification to your registered e-mail address when your order has been dispatched with tracking information for your package.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. The fee for shipments across US is15$ and for international shipments is 60$.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 7 days (for US customers), 14 days (for EU customers) of your purchase .

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. Also any item that is returned more than 7 days (in US) and 15 days (rest of the world) after delivery.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
We replace clothing items if they are defective or damaged. We also exchange your clothing item for a different size or color.
Mind that you still will have to pay return shipping.
For your return, we propose using a trackable shipping service like DHL or Fedex or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Customers from EU region can claim a refund within 15 days of their purchase We do not offer refunds to customers from USA, North America, South America, Afica, Asia, Australia.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
The prices displayed for Products available for purchase via the Site represent the applicable retail prices and shipping costs , and taxes (only for New York State). The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars. Products in your shopping cart reflect the current price displayed on the Product’s details page. Please note that this price may differ from the price displayed when the Product was first placed in your shopping cart.
